How to lose weight without dieting and yoga

Start your day with yoga.
Do yoga for 15-20 minutes every morning. Asanas like Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana and Trikonasana speed up the metabolism and increase the flexibility of the body. Surya Namaskar alone exercises the entire body and helps in burning fat. Do it on an empty stomach and gradually increase your speed.
